Does 5L mean it holds 5 liters of water?

No. 5L refers to the vest’s storage capacity, not its water capacity.

Are a water bottle and hydration bladder included?

No. You receive the running vest only. A water bottle, hydration bladder, phone and other accessories shown in photos are not included. Check pocket dimensions and compatibility before buying hydration accessories.

Which sizes and colors can I choose?

The vest comes in one size with adjustable straps, in Black or Gray. Adjust it for a comfortable fit and inspect the straps and buckles before use.
